Cancellation / substitution Policy

 

Invoice is generated immediately upon confirmation and payment becomes due. On cancellations done 4 days prior to the event, a cancellation fee of 25% of the invoice amount is payable. No cancellations are entertained 4 days before the event. Substitutions acceptable anytime,  preferably in writing. The Kaizen Forum reserves the right to claim the invoice amount even in case of no-show of the participants.
